Coordinator

Professor at UNEMAT, Nova Xavantina Campus. Coordinator of ABLIB, Dr. Joaquim leads the research lines in genomics and biotechnology, focused on applying advanced technologies to study Amazonian and Cerrado biodiversity. Under his coordination, the lab has raised more than R$ 7 million in FINEP projects, establishing itself as a regional reference in genomic prototyping.
